The Pathfinders Program

The Pathfinders program aims at supporting youth and their families across the Western Slope of Colorado in a variety of topics through evidence- based therapy practices. We take participants outside, which allows them to adventure and explore in a safe and welcoming environment. In our program we find that participants greatly benefit from being in the outdoors as it creates resilience and perseverance while also allowing participants to be more open when it comes to reflection.
At the Pathfinders program we welcome everyone and want to ensure that every participant feels that they belong and have a spot within our little community.
